Mentioned numbers are just few of many critical KPI´s that are hitting hard Data Center industry. Trends are showing that is not getting better. Outages are more disruptive, more common. In some areas, process optimization helped to contained impact but in most its growing year by year. Each minute lost in data center runtime result in revenue loss, loss of productivity and costumer dissatisfaction. Bigger outages are becoming more damaging and expensive, recoveries longer. Use of availability zones have become de facto standard, 64% have at least more than one zone. This has made situation to become more complex and challenging. All of this resulted increased demand for the skilled workforce, where market is not able to deliver. 45% of open positions can´t be filled, others are open for longer than 6 months.

Next to mentioned facts, there are others who are contributing to difficulties of Data Center management. Data Centers are growing in numbers, however the number of available engineers is not following the trend. Last researches shows predication of 81K new positions by 2025 in EMEA. The market it self is not that attractive for newer generations, which it makes it difficult to get new engineers interested. Second big problem, documentation. With raise of  Data Center complexity, higher rack density, specialized hardware solutions like HCI (Hyper converged infrastructure) it has become paramount to have 100% accurate documentation. Unfortunately researches shows that a lot have poor documentation and no proper DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) system in place. With proper system in place and process around to maintain documentation we can see less outages caused by humans, faster reaction and recovery times.

We are part of this industry more than three decades, and we will bring solution to your door step. We can´t prevent natural disasters, power outages and provider issues. We can address everything else, that contributes to more than half of the problem.
